On July 11, 2022, according to an announcement from the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Jiaozuo Jinxin Hengtuo New Materials Co., Ltd. was awarded the Henan Province Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base; the postdoctoral innovation experimental base was selected according to the "Henan Province Human Resources and Social Security In accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the Department of Social Security on Reforming the Establishment of Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Bases in Henan Province (Yurenshehan [2022] No. 7), two units in Jiaozuo were selected as postdoctoral innovation experiment bases.

Jiaozuo Jinxin Hengtuo New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2011. Since its establishment, it has been guided by technological leadership, driven by innovation and development, and attached great importance to talent cultivation. 

There are currently 4 doctors, 12 masters, 8 senior engineers, and 28 intermediate engineers; we have established good school-enterprise cooperation relationships with universities such as Beijing University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and Luoyang Institute of Technology; we have established an independent scientific research center, and a fire-resistant Materials Laboratory; has won the honorary titles of Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Henan Industrial Furnace Refractory Engineering Technology Research Center, and National High-tech Enterprise.
