2023.07.18 Mr Lou Yangsheng, Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee visited Jinxin Hengtuo

On the morning of July 18, 2023, Lou Yangsheng, Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, visited Jiaozuo Jinxin Hengtuo New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinxin Hengtuo) for investigation and guidance. Chen Xing, Ge Qiaohong, Li Yibo, and Jin Guibin, Secretary of the Boai County Party Committee, accompanied the investigation. Xue Hongyan, chairman of Jinxin Hengtuo, reported on the company’s development history, future plans, etc.

During the investigation, Secretary Lou Yangsheng came to the site of Jinxin Hengtuo Intelligent Factory, and Chairman Xue Hongyan reported on the company's development. 
Jinxin Hengtuo was established in July 2011. After more than ten years of development, it has grown into a national high-tech enterprise, a national-level specialized and special "little giant" enterprise, a single champion enterprise in the manufacturing industry in Henan Province, and a postdoctoral innovation practice base in Henan Province. , an industry leading enterprise in Henan Province. 

The company has provided high-quality products and system problem solutions for more than 4,000 industrial furnaces of Baowu, Shougang, Anshan Iron & Steel and other large enterprises, and is a strategic partner of Baowu Group, MCC and other large enterprises. 

At the same time, it has 52 national patents in advanced inorganic non-metallic materials, including eight invention patents, eight domestic leading scientific and technological achievements, and has drafted or participated in the formulation of eight national standards. 

It has transformed the traditional "manufacturing industry" of high-temperature resistant materials into an intelligent manufacturing factory with independent invention patents. It is a benchmark enterprise in intelligence, digitalization and greening. It has the domestic leading and world-class level in the fields of refractory materials for industrial furnaces, solid waste treatment refractory materials, and one-tank refractory materials for molten iron.

Chen Yu, director of the technology center, reported to Secretary Lou Yangsheng the basic situation of Jinxin Hengtuo’s creation of a talent highland. The company currently has a scientific research team with six PhDs and 12 senior engineers, with the post-90s generation as the backbone. 

The core results achieved in advanced inorganic non-metallic materials "refractory materials for solid waste treatment" and "refractory materials for lithium battery new energy" have achieved "making up for shortcomings" and "filling in the blanks". Among them, the key equipment "Melting Gasification Furnace" used in the national science and technology research project "Solid Waste Melting and Gasification Technology" is provided by our company. 
The project was successfully industrialized in Beijing in 2021 and was displayed at home and abroad on behalf of China's advanced manufacturing technology. Efficient use of resources has been achieved, and dioxin emissions are almost "zero".

Secretary Lou Yangsheng expressed gratification at Jinxin Hengtuo’s achievements in technological innovation, fully affirmed the emphasis on technological innovation and talent cultivation, and highly endorsed the choice of returned innovative talent Chen Yu to return to China for development. Secretary Lou Yangsheng pointed out that solid waste treatment is the top issue facing the symbiosis between humans and nature. 
He hopes that Jinxin Hengtuo will give full play to its talent advantages, pioneer and innovate, make persistent efforts, break through the "stuck neck" technology, and further promote solid waste treatment technology in the province. Promotion will provide solid support for the high-quality development of Henan and benefit mankind and society.
